Property Description PEACE OF MIND: Want to get away and enjoy a change of scenery in a CLEAN, comfortable setting with a great view? Whether you are searching for a place to work from home, or get the family out for a little R&R, this newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house it exactly what the dr ordered! With beach and bay views from all four decks, you can breathe in some much needed nature and enjoy the outdoors! We take cleaning seriously, and our cleaner takes pride in her work. All linens are washed/sanitized, as are throw blankets and throw pillows to provide peace of mind. Our home participated in an enhanced cleaning protocol, is cleaned with bleach, and all high touch surfaces are sanitized between every guest. There are extra cleaning supplies for your use under the kitchen sink, as well as hand sanitizer on the kitchen counter. All mattresses and bed pillows are encased for your protection and peace of mind.
COMMUNICATION: We live in the area and manage our home ourselves. We are very responsive, know the area, and take pride in keeping our home up to date and fresh. Prior to your arrival we will send you digital copies of our House Manual and Guidebook, both of which are full of helpful information about our home and the area of Surfside. We are here to answer any questions!
COMFORT/ LOCATION: This home sits on a dead end street with a community walk over just steps from the beach. Enjoy two master suites, both with new 12" memory foam mattresses- perfect for traveling with family or friends. The bunk room sleeps 6, for a total of 10 sleeping capacity. The bunk beds are two triple bunk units with new twin mattresses. Due to head clearance of bunk beds the bunk room is ideal for kids, but sturdy enough to accommodate adults!
WIRELESS: Our home has reliable fast Xfinity wireless internet, so working or schooling while at the beach is a breeze. There is ample work space at the kitchen eat in counter, as well as a large dining room table to work at. Both masters have a reading/work nook with a chair and side table, giving multiple spaces for each family member to spread out and work or relax.
AMENITIES: This home is beautifully decorated and offers extra touches to enhance your vacation. When you arrive you’ll find your bed made up with new bed linens. Enjoy complimentary use of new bath and beach towels. We aim to make packing a little easier for you! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, coffee/tea, spices/pantry starters are just a few of the amenities offered to make your trip more relaxed. Play some corn hole, or sit in the swings under the house after a fun day at the beach! This is a home away from home- All that is missing is you!
TAXES: For your convenience, your 6 % state and 4% local tax is collected and submitted for you at the time of your reservation so there are no additional transactions required.
