Located in the first row right on the sandy beach- FANTASTIC views in both directions-nothing but beach and water with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Family oriented: the large living room/dining room/kitchen area is a favorite place for family and friends to gather. There's plenty of room for everyone with a large dining table plus seating at the breakfast bar. The supersized deck on the main level has a gas grill, picnic table and a double stairway that puts you right on the sandy beach! Enjoy sun or shade on this deck while sipping an early morning cup of joe or an afternoon cocktail. There is also an upper level deck off the family room: a great place to watch the dolphins play in the surf! Visit us once and you'll make it a yearly destination. A life time of fond memories are created here. Enjoy swimming, surfing, beachcombing and fishing right outside the front door. Join in or watch the fun from the multiple decks overlooking miles of uninterrupted beach and water.
PROPERTY RULES:
Welcome to Sea Haven
Check in time is 4 pm unless other arrangements are made. You will find a lock box on the front door. The key is inside. You should find everything in proper working order when you check in. However, if you find a problem, please notify us as soon as possible.
House Rules:
Absolutely no pets are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
Please do not light fireworks on the decks. This is a fire hazard.
Please put all furniture back in the original place that you found it in before you leave.
Please clean all spills on stoves and in refrigerators.
Please do not use bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths to clean with.
Please do not overload the washer and dryer or put sandy items in the washer or dryer.
Please bag all trash and place it in the containers provided. (Trash pick up days are Mon and Thurs.)
Please do not unplug or move the television.
Check out time is 11 am. Please leave our home in essentially the same condition as when you arrived.

Bunk room with 3 bunk beds which includes double bed on the bottom and twins on the top. Bath right outside the door.
