Cleaning Fee

15 % discount off the daily base rates when booking 7 nights or more.
55 % discount off the daily base rates when booking 28 nights or more.
Daily base rates are $ 133/nite Sunday thru Thursday and $ 195/nite for Friday and Saturday .
Required minimum stays are for total cost and tax calculation purposes only and you are free to come and go as you please within the paid stay dates in order to take advantage of lower cost per night on any stay or to avoid the 6% Texas lodging tax required on stays of less than 30 nights. Texas does not impose taxes on stays of 30 or more nights.
We don't make the Tax laws, but unfortunately we are required to collect taxes on bookings. Any local lodging taxes over the 6% Texas Lodging tax are included in the base or discounted daily rates.
All utilities, TV cable, & WIFI internet access costs are paid by owners at no charge to guests.
Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Refundable deposit will be 100% refunded promptly only if property is left in same condition as when you arrived. Otherwise partial refund may apply.
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
