Property Description Looking for a relaxing place to stay then come and enjoy our home away from home
Our cozy condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, our bunk beds are (aclove) located into the wall in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6 (4 Adult Max and 2 children.)
We rent to responsible adults, 25 years of age and older. We do not rent to prom groups, spring breakers unaccompanied by adults, etc.
WE REQUIRE A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A VALID IDENTIFICATION.
GUEST must pay the parking fee of $25.00 at check in. The parking permit is for 2 vehicles.
The complex has 2 pools. The West pool is called Waterfall this pool is heated year round. Paradise Cove east pool is a favorite of children with its water drop mushroom. The pool has zero depth entry with bubbling jets to tickle your toes, both children and adults can enjoy this easy way to enter and exit a pool. 2 hot tubs, a Fitness center and a tennis court.
The Cozy Victorian Condo is a family oriented place. We are within walking distance to the beach, grocery store(Wal-Mart), restaurants, and the fishing pier. Galveston offers a wide variety of restaurants, great shopping on the Strand and along the Seawall, the Schlitterbahn Water park, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, and historical tours, and a movie theater. Putt-putt golf, batting cages, bungee jumping and go-cart tracks right on the Seawall!
When booking the condo, you will need to supply a picture of your drivers license, a description of your vehicle and license plate number. This is for security purposes and also to obtain the pool gate codes and WiFi password. Sorry for the inconvenience. Just a reminder that you are required to pay the parking fee of $25 plus tax at check in.
